Basic maintenance
During the operation of the robot, the technical performance will decline due to parts wear, natural corrosion and other reasons. The lack of necessary maintenance will not only shorten the life of the robot itself, but also affect production safety and product quality. Therefore, the robot needs to be regularly maintained and inspected for better use. The maintenance cycle can be divided into daily, three months, more than six months, etc.
After-sales maintenance
During the operation of the robot, if the technical performance of the product decreases or the product works abnormally due to wear or aging of the components, the after-sales personnel will need to perform necessary professional maintenance. Please contact our after-sales service personnel.

daily	body cleaning	Keep the surface of the product clean every day. If there is dust or wear debris on the product, clean it in time.
	The machine makes abnormal noises during operation	1. Check whether the countersunk screws on the lower ring of the abnormal noise joint rubber ring are loose. If so, use the accessory wrench to tighten them. 2. Check whether the base fixing screws are loose. If so, use the accessory wrench to tighten them.
	Cable inspection	Check whether the cables are damaged or broken, exposed copper, loose connectors, etc., and reinforce them if necessary.
three months	Fan/window cleaning	Check whether there is dust on the windshields on both sides of the control box and the robot body. If so, clean it in time.
